Our own file

A desk that checks other people's claims should expect its own to be checked. These are the facts about us that a reader is entitled to.

Referral links

Some of the plain "Supplier website" links on a file may carry a referral code. If a reader orders after following one, the storefront may pay this site a commission at no cost to the reader. Not every storefront offers a code. The formula has no field for whether one exists, so a referral link cannot change a stamp, a tally or a seal, and the link is worded the same way on every file.

Ties to the trade

The people behind this desk have worked in, and hold financial interests in, the research-peptide supply business, including interests in companies that have files in the registry. Three mechanisms contain that: the ledger and the formula are published in full and run identically on every record; every file cites the pages it was read from; and the dataset can be downloaded so that every seal can be pressed again by someone who owes us nothing. Where a storefront is connected to the people behind this desk, its file carries a note saying so.

Declined

  • Payment for a file, a position, a seal or a sentence.
  • Free product in return for coverage.
  • Requests to remove an accurate fact against a storefront: a warning letter, a closure, a gated certificate.

Changing a field

Storefronts and readers alike may send evidence to the corrections desk. A field changes when a page shows it should. A seal is never changed on request; it follows the fields.
