A public letter on fda.gov addressed to the company. The date and link are on the tracker; the letter holds the seal at C or below for as long as it stands.
Confirmed closure
A closure notice, a dead domain or a redirect to an unrelated store, seen on the check date. The shutdowns registry holds the notice text and what third parties report.
Seal of D or F
The weighted record came out below the C band at the last check. The row names which of the eight checks were not verified; the method says how the lines are weighted.

Answered from the fileIs there a list of scam peptide websites?
Not from this desk. The word "scam" is a conclusion and the registry does not draw it. This page is a filter on the record set: a file appears when it carries one of three recorded facts, a public FDA warning letter, a confirmed closure, or a seal of D or F. Lookalike and impersonator domains have a registry of their own at /clones/. What a reader does with the list is the reader's call.
Which peptide vendors should I avoid?
We do not advise. The 36 files below each state why they are here in one line taken from the record, with the date the file was checked and a link to the full ledger. 5 further storefronts could not be reached at all and are on the watchlist rather than here, because an unreachable site is a gap in the record, not a recorded fact against it.
Are peptide sellers on Telegram legit?
The desk files storefronts with a domain and reads their pages; it does not file Telegram channels and has nothing to say about them as a class. One file, QSC, records conflicting ordering instructions between a Telegram source and the storefront, and that line is on its file.
The list is read from the record set (open data, CC BY 4.0) at every build and is refreshed quarterly by hand against the sources. Storefronts that could not be reached are on the watchlist; lookalike domains are on the lookalike registry. Every storefront listed sells, or sold, material labeled for laboratory research use only.
